Conversations that have to do with feminine care always seem taboo, they either make people blush or feel uncomfortable. But it is important to talk about it, because let's face it just about anything can throw off balance "down there". So here are the products I recommend for a healthy and balanced vagina!

I knew i wanted the black, white and floral Kate Spade theme for my baby shower, I'd search Pinterest daily for decor ideas. But unfortunately with this third pregnancy I experienced lots of depression and anxiety. For that reason I did not want the stress or headache that comes with planning a baby shower.
Thankfully I was given a shower at work and church, however, not with my special theme and decor but a blessing nonetheless. In my last month my Mother decided to throw me a little shower and wanted to include all those little details I'd originally desired. Unfortunately, Baby girl arrived 10 days early and left us with all these pink and gold decorations, so I did a Kate Spade Sip and See with them, decked with a dessert table featuring Shari's Berries treats! My family and attended the New York Baby Show a few a couple of weekends ago, and we had a great time! It’s the largest show for new and expectant parents in the country. Now in its 8th year, no other event provides a better experience for thousands of expectant and new families from New York and neighboring counties, seeking a family-friendly jamboree of top brands, great speakers and seminars, big giveaways, and lots of learning, support, bonding, and fun as you make your way into parenthood.

Leave it to the power of social media to discover new and innovative products. With my first child I had no idea that there were commodities on the market such as co-sleepers or loungers. With my son, a friend gifted me a sleeper nest but I found it a bit rigid and intrusive for our, at the time, queen sized bed. Fast forward five years to my now third child, and Instagram is inundated with sleep loungers! They have different names such as dockers, loungers, lounge beds, co-sleepers but all have the same purpose.

According to The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, avocados are a healthful fat that can help women achieve a balanced diet and have a healthy pregnancy. While pregnant with my son I ate so many avocados in all of its possible forms, and then again while on my fitness journey to lose the pregnancy weight after his birth. Now that I am 2 months postpartum with my third and nursing, I have included more avocados into my diet. Because let's face it, as a Dominicana aguacates are already a household staple.

I know what I will be binging watching this weekend on Xfinity on Demand, POP TV's Hollywood Darlings- an improv comedy series following childhood stars and friends Jodie Sweetin (Full House), Christine Lakin(Step by Step), and Beverley Mitchell(7th Heaven) navigate the ups and downs of life in Hollywood. Through a series of misadventures, they guide and support one and other through crazy social situations, relationships, and their careers!

Okay, so maybe a girdle alone will not help you snapback like these Instamodels that come across your explore feed. But they really do help you, and not just with getting your tummy a little flatter. Here's how...

I used to call myself Chica Fashion but whenever I am expecting or up a few pounds I am at a complete loss on how to look cute while feeling comfortable. This time around I tried a couple of items from Pink Blush Maternity and it was amazing, the two tops I picked out were on heavy rotation during the last few weeks of my pregnancy.

Not too long ago I posted about my colic woes, and although I do not want to rush time, because that would mean my sweet baby girl is growing out of her newborn stage and maternity leave will quickly be coming to an end, I am very much looking forward to this phase ending. We all hate it — the baby, my husband, the older kids, and me.
