Disclosure: This is a sponsored guest post. Why is asking for help so hard? A mom has to be strong for everyone. In the beginning after she's given birth, it's impossible for her to be that person that does it all for everyone, as well as for herself. There should not be shame in asking for help, but unfortunately, there is. You see, as a mom, there are certain things that ring in our ears. “Welcome to parenthood!” “That’s just part of being a mom.” “Suck it up - you have eighteen years of this!” ...and more. We hear so much about “this is what you signed up for,” that a lot of moms become ashamed of needing help, and therefore, they do not ask.

A couple of months after baby Nerina was born she developed the worst rash, I am not sure if it was change brands of diaper or what but it was baaad! I literally tried everything and only two things seemed to work for her after many weeks of trial and error.

JOHNSON’S® continues to choose gentle and has made five promises, one promise for each finger of baby’s little hand.
Disclosure: I received The Baby Comfort lounger bed as a complimentary item for review, however all opinions express are 100% my own.
Leave it to the power of social media to discover new and innovative products. With my first child I had no idea that there were commodities on the market such as co-sleepers or loungers. With my son, a friend gifted me a sleeper nest but I found it a bit rigid and intrusive for our, at the time, queen sized bed. Fast forward five years to my now third child, and Instagram is inundated with sleep loungers! They have different names such as dockers, loungers, lounge beds, co-sleepers but all have the same purpose.

Not too long ago I posted about my colic woes, and although I do not want to rush time, because that would mean my sweet baby girl is growing out of her newborn stage and maternity leave will quickly be coming to an end, I am very much looking forward to this phase ending. We all hate it — the baby, my husband, the older kids, and me.

My children like many, suffer from seasonal eczema. Summer months cause flare ups but it is at its worst during the winter months. That is why I turn to Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Essential Healing Lotion, it leaves skin deeply moisturized and looking noticeably healthier.

With school coming into a full swing, family schedules are about to be quite hectic. Amidst shuffling the kids between extracurriculars and trying to squeeze in a gym session some nights who has time to cook? Insert Domino’s Pizza!
Did you know they are uniting pizza and salad lovers to the same table? Recently, the national pizza chain launched its salads nationwide. The perfect combo for both parents and kids, right? Also the perfect menu items for a back to school party to help the children get mentally prepared for the new school year. As moms we always tend to be behind the camera then end up regretting not having any family photos to share on Mother's day. Family photos are a precious gift and beautiful keepsake, as a Mother's Day gift to myself I took advantage of a mini photo session special with Digna Toledo Photography.
