Avoid Allergy Face with Zyrtec

In addition to the tips Carmen has shared on how to combat Allergy Face, I would like to share a few tips of my own for when it comes to dealing with those pesky allergies.

• The first thing you are going to want to do is check for the pollen count to see if it is even a good idea to be heading outdoors. You can do so by checking the forecast, online or using an app. 
• Next to both treat and prevent any allergy symptoms just as Carmen suggested be sure to take Zyrtec (after consulting your doctor of course)
• Wearing sunglasses will not only help you protect your eyes from Ragweed and Pollen, by keeping allergens out, especially when the wind is blowing but it can also disguise swelling, redness or puffiness of the eyes. Let's not forget how fashionable sunglasses can be, a great accessory to any outfit!
