What do you do with leftover Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee and you have a girl's day coming up? You find a mojito recipe on Pinterest and tweak it to your liking!

Let me just say that these were soooo good and were a hit with my besties! Here is what I came up with...

Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee Champagne Mojito

Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients:

• 6 Mint Sprigs
• 2 Tablespoons Sugar
• Half Lime
• 1 Lime Slice
• 8oz Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee
•  Ice

Directions:

1. Muddle mint, sugar, lime juice and lime until sugar is dissolved
   
2. Add ice, chilled champagne and top with a few more sprigs of mint and lime slice.
