I had the pleasure of attending the Best Of 2012 Morris Essex Health & Life Party & Expo event on Thursday, April 26th from 5-9pm at the newly renovated Parsippany Sheraton. Morris Essex Health & Life Magazine scoured your favorite neighborhoods, and searched for the best restaurants; food shops, and retails stores picking a hand full of winners, each who were invited to be apart of their 

The amazing event was sponsored by the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel, Morris County Chamber of Commerce, and North Essex Chamber of Commerce. The magazine was also in partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Mansion in May Designer Showhouse & Gardens.

On Thursday the doors opened at 5pm for VIP guests who received swag bags full of goodies, a complimentary tasting withVinters Circle, hand made cigars from Tony Santana, owner of Tony Santana Cigar Vault in Toms River, NJ, and a gin tasting provided by Bulldog Gin.

At 6pm, the event kicked off for the public with some amazing giveaways such as an IPAD3, a gift certificate to California Closets, a ‘Girls Night Out’ Experience complimentary of Laboratory Hair Studio and more!

Throughout the evening, DJ’s Unlimited entertained guests with an array of hit music, while guests mingled and enjoyed a spring fashion show provided by Posh Boutique located in Montville, NJ. Attendees also got to sample some delicious from the following restaurants, Blue Morel, Greek Taverna, Cliffs Ice Cream, Enjoy Chocolat, Highlawn Pavillion, Hot Rods Real Pit BBQ, Morris Tap and Grill, Pazzo Pazzo, Pink Cake Box, Stuffed Cupcakes, Texas Smoke BBQ, Mara’s Café and Bakery, and Viking Bakery.

The event also included complimentary tarot card readings, mapping tips, spine checks from a chiropractor, and energy readings, showcasing the best in Health and Wellness.
