I went to Costco this weekend and bought a large amount of strawberries. I love having strawberries in my spring mix salads, on top of waffles and with Nutella as a sweet snack.
Afraid that all of these strawberries my rot too soon, I wanted to come up with a smoothie since I've been trying to drink one daily. I didn't have yogurt or spinach so I couldn't go that route. Then I thought peanut butter and strawberries should work and it did!
Blend everything together and enjoy! Don't let it sit too long or it will become very thick because of the oats. Either way it still taste great. You can use fat free milk or yogurt and fat free peanut butter if you would like to make it a tad healthier.
