1. Season salmon with Pompeian OlivExtra® Premium Mediterranean Blend, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian herb seasoning
2. Pan fry salmon using some Pompeian 100% Grapeseed Oil
3. Toast Portuguese roll, add mayo on one side, spicy mustard on the other, place spring mix, tomatoes and salmon on roll.
