Some Sunday's I often wonder why did I even bother coming to church, I am always running late, as much as Naliya loves to sing, dance and worship at home, when she gets to church she says shes tired, bored, cold or wants to be carried! And Aarlen? Let's not even get into it, ok I will though, he wants to wander the congregation, dig in the sister's purses and eat all the snacks I packed all at once. Trying to get in to communion let alone stay there is a mission. The praise and worship part of church is what I love the most, can't anyone tell me I'm not a singer when I am singing to Jesus, Ha!

But honestly some Sunday's especially one's where I am fighting to keep my 14 month old quite during services and feel forced into the "Baby Room" I feel like why did I even come today. I like to think though that, at least I am here, at least I tried, maybe my soul is soaking it all in even when I feel my mind is not. I think God sees my sacrifice, my effort, my desire to at least be in his home even when I am not mentally 100% there. My children although small, will one day appreciate my efforts of raising them up in the church. 

When the service is over and everyone is fellowship-ing, that is when I feel this is why I came, to be in the presence of like minded holy ghost filled, Jesus loving people who in one way or another help my walk with The Lord, edify and encourage me. I come cause I need Jesus and if you need Jesus you should go too. If you have a longing or a desire for something more out of life, a need for peace, positive energy and clarity then I invite you to seek Jesus. He is truly the source, the light and the way. The ONLY way!

Ok so about this oufit... bet you can't guess how much my skirt was? Guess what me either it has been a few months, I don't remember exactly but it was between $3 and $7, one of those awesome JcPenney Juniors Clearance finds! I find this look to be very bloggeresque( I made that word up). You know, denim top, skater skirt, cage sandals. I've had these sandals for a few years now, I used to be a bit addicted to the Macy's Women's Shoes Clearance Section. I hadn't worn them in a while so I brought them out for church on Sunday.
