Basic Tee + Over The Knee Boots

This outfit came about quite quickly this morning; I was in a bit of a rush trying not to leave the house late. I bought some leggings @ 2 for $I0 last week. With out knowing what else I was going to wear I put them on. I only knew I wanted to wear those new leggings.

Then I remembered my new over-the-knee riding boots from my recent makemechic.com boot haul, I decided I would wear those today as well. If you keep up with my blog and me then you may already know how much I enjoy the look of thigh-high socks. I have a grey pair from Target that I thought would work well with my boots. I find that layering socks with boots are a look that works well and adds great dimension to an outfit.

So there I was standing with black leggings, grey thigh-high socks and black over-the-knee riding boots; in need of a top to go with my ensemble. After rustling through my drawer of shirts I pulled out a grey V-neck Charlotte Russe tee, tried it on and it looked great!

I let out my pin curls, put on my black beaded cross necklace as an accessory and did a 5-minute face. My 5-minute face included a crème foundation from a compact, white eye shadow shimmer, grey eye shadow, lash blast and gloss.
