If you have been following me for a while now either via the blog, Twitter or Instagram than you already know that I used to be a BeachBody Coach and fitness enthusiast. You can read all about my first BeachBody Weight Loss Journey but as of Saturday I have started a new journey. A few months into the pregnancy of my son I called and canceled my BeachBody Coach membership, I was working out up until the day I found out I was expecting. But I quickly learned that as bad as I wanted to be one of those ladies who works out while pregnant, I simply didn't have the energy and/or motivation to. I did try, Fitness Friday: Attempt at being Pregnant & Fit but it didn't quite workout the way I would have liked. I promised to give it my all after my pregnancy I only waited 2 months or so before jumping right into a gym routine. I later tried everything from intermittent fasting, 1200 cals a day, weight watchers, lifting heavy, 3 day military diet and only The Lord knows what else. It all worked somewhat or to a certain extent and maybe what was missing was that 20% I wasn't giving I am not too sure what I do know is that my son is now 16 months old and I am still 15lbs away from my pre-baby weight. I gained 65 lbs, yeah I know ridiculous but the heartburn/agita, and 24/7 nausea for about 8 out of 9 months of my pregnancy pushed me to my one comfort and relief, grilled cheese on Portuguese rolls. I knew something had to give, I was getting desperate and at times even depressed over these last 15 pounds. I saw the infomercial for 21 Day Fix and thought that their container system was sure to work for me. Last time I was a Beachbody coach I didn't focus too much on the business side, I wasn't aggressive in making sales or reaching goals but this time around since I do not have an employer I am going to really give it a shot. I want my results to speak for themselves so I have been trying my best to follow the program how it indicates. Below is a clip of the 21 Day FIx program, I think it is really awesome and pretty easy. I am a week in and I will be sharing a post on my thoughts, experience and results very soon.
