I love shopping at JCPenney for my children and even for myself. JCPenney always has a great sale going on as well as coupons and rewards you can earn. One of my favorite brands since Naliya was a baby is the Okie Dokie brand. Not only because the affordability but as well as the quality for the price.  I love all of the super cute mix and match combinations she can use to dress herself.
