2) How would you describe your personal style?
I don't like to confine myself to one style, I like mixing it up. I love to mix classic pieces with funky ones to give the outfit some interest, I am currently loving piling on a bunch of different bangles to add some sparkle to my outfit .... who doesn't love a little sparkle? :)

3) Trends you are loving?
I am loving boho chic and tribal

4) Trends you dislike?
Monogram overload! It's okay to have one item at a time but nothing looks worse to me then someone who is decked out in logos from head to toe.

5) How do you shop? On a budget? Online? High end stores? Thrifting?
I LOVE thrifting! I get such a high from finding a piece that I know is super high quality and could possibly have an awesome history for under $10! My latest finds include a vintage violet Versace dress and a silk print Diane Von Furstenberg dress which I paid less than 5 dollars for. I always make sure to go thrifting on days when there are sales like Wednesday dollar day at my local Goodwill in which one certain colored tag is $1... no matter what the item is or its original price! If I see something that I love but doesn't necessarily fit I take it home and break out my sewing machine :) There are also times when I find a bag that I have to have at a high end store like Gucci but I make sure to only pay retail for items that are classic and I know will last. I must say that bags are my weakness...
I recommend scouting out the latest sales if you want high end designer items at a good price. My favorite is the yearly Barney's Warehouse Sale, I scored 3 pair of gorgeous Louboutins for the price of 1 last year!

6) Rules you always follow when putting together an outfit?
I don't have any rules when putting an outfit together but I do like to have a variety of textures and I feel it is important to not be afraid of color. I love putting monochromatic outfits together.. having different shades of the same color in different textures and fabrics makes an outfit really fun and interesting without having to think too hard about what colors go together.


7) Music you're currently listening to?
I love all kinds of music, there is not one style I don't enjoy. I feel music is a bit like fashion in which you can express yourself through your art, whatever it may be.

8) Favorite Brands/ Stores?
I love Gucci, Diane Von Furstenberg, Versace, Moschino, and Marc Jacobs to name a few. My favorite store by far is goodwill, it is such a thrill to walk into a store not knowing what great things you're going to find and walk out with pieces that are unique and have a history to them.


9) What factors do you consider when getting dressed? Mood/ the occasion/ weather?
I live in Arizona so it is important for me to wear fabrics that breathe and are comfortable. I tend to dress up no matter the occasion because I believe the better you feel about the way your dressed the better your day goes... I know if I don't feel right about the way I'm dressed my day is just "blah".


10) Is there some other detail you'd like to share with the readers about your style? Something you like to let them know?
Don't be afraid to try new things! I love experimenting with my clothes and seeing what kinds of things I can come up with by mixing and matching my favorite pieces. You don't have to have a lot of clothes to be a fashionista, you can give your most classic pieces a completely different look by just accessorizing differently. You can wear a LBD for a dinner date with a cute pair of heels and also wear it during the day with a denim vest and some flats to completely change the look without having to spend a dime on another dress. Make sure to utilize all your options and make the most of your wardrobe. I am currently loving tying my printed scarves to my handbags to add some pattern and interest to an outfit, so don't put away your scarves during the summer! Most importantly, feel good in your clothes and have fun!
