My Thoughts

I received these pills last monthly shortly after being contacted by Svetol because we know that I am a fitness enthusiast and I am in the process of shedding my post partum weight I was all for trying this product. 

Just as they say the pills are practically stimulant free, I had no palpitations, gitters or any feel of being on some type of "drug." They indeed suppressed my hunger, I had little to no appetite or that feeling of just wanting to snack.

The only downside for me was that the first day I felt very bloated and had slight colic. The next two days were somewhat better as far as bloating by again I felt colic or stomach pain and was sent the ladies room. Perhaps it stimulates bowl movement but since I tend to have a sensitive digestive system at times (I am lactose intolerant) it bowl movement was not pain free. I can't promise this will or will not happen with you but maybe if you have trouble going then this just maybe help that too.

Overall I would recommend these but as with any medication or supplement please consult your Doctor first, especially if you are pregnant or nursing.
