My recipe Cause a Girl's Gotta Eat: Salmon Sandwich using Pompeian Oils has been named one of 15 semi-finalists in the Pompeian Time to Change Your Oil blogger recipe contest!

Now through May 12, Pompeian Facebook fans can select the most appetizing and creative recipe that best incorporates Pompeian Grapeseed Oil or OlivExtra Mediterranean Blend.

After casting your vote, fans will have a chance to win a Pompeian gift basket. One winner will be selected each day from now through May 12.

The top five recipes with the most votes will be named finalists on May 13. Hungry Girl Lisa Lillien will then taste all five recipes and announce the winner, who will receive a trip to Blog Her ’13 in Austin, TX June 7-8, and will be featured with Pompeian throughout the event!
