Per his request I threw him a Disney Cars birthday. He actually wanted a Cars birthday for his 3rd birthday but I had already started planning for his Pipi Longstocking Pirate Party, so as promised, we went full steam ahead this year with the Cars party thanks in part to Oriental Trading. Lightening McQueen Drink StationI let Aarlén make many of the little decisions for this party, the drinks were one of them. He picked out an orange flavored juice from the supermarket. What you'll need: Cars TablescapeI kept the tablescape for his Disney Cars birthday a little simpler than my past events since it was a smaller party. Here is what you'll need: Cars Food and SnacksI was trying to keep cost low and things really simple and easy. I kept it to snacks and finger foods. Again Aarlén picked out the majority of the snacks and food during our trip to the supermarket, I let him be as involved as he could. Menu: Table SettingsWhat you'll need: Cars CakeKeeping with the "simple theme" I pre-ordered a Disney Cars themed caked from my local Shoprite the night before for less than $30 Dollars! I love the taste, cost efficiency and accessibility of the Shoprite Bakery. My other go-tos are Stop and Shop, Costco, and Sam's Club. Pinata and Goody BagsHere is what you'll need Party Pics |
